"After 30 years as a fighter pilot in the Royal Air Force, I decided to turn my love of photography and design into a new business - creating cobwood studio in 2007.
My main photographic interests are nature and landscape - both natural and man made. There is much around us these days that has been spoiled or destroyed by mankind but there still remains a wealth of natural beauty and countless examples of mankind's creative spirit.
Largely self-taught in the graphical arts, I have studied the art of photography and landscape with the Open College of the Arts. I have also studied computing and microprocessors with the Open University and have a degree in aeronautical engineering from Bristol."
