Design process:

Step 1: the first step is an initial meeting to discuss your ideas for your web site and think about the style, layout, number of pages and so on. This meeting is without any obligation and you can decide whether you want to go any further. I will then produce an initial layout for the site with a basic colour scheme and site navigation.

Step 2: at a second meeting, we will agree the layout, colour scheme and site navigation. I will ask you to provide the text for each page and any logos, special navigation graphics or other images of your own that you wish to include. A deposit is payable equivalent to half the basic price of the site. I will then produce a working mockup of your site on my development web space, so you will be able to see how the site looks and works.

Step 3: at our third meeting, we will agree any changes to the mock up. I will ask you for the final text for each page and any updates to your own graphics and images. I will then produce the final design - and invoice you for the work.

After the launch of your site, maintenance will be charged at standard prices.

Graphics: a vast selection of stock images/ graphics is available at minimal cost. In addition, I can produce photographs or create special graphics to enhance your site at my standard prices. Please note that the creation of hand-drawn graphics can take time and add significantly to the cost of a site.
